If the book isn't available, you can reserve a copy online for free and have it sent to your local library.

Health Resources
One You Plymouth have created a collection of health promotion resources you can borrow for healthcare, education and promotional events.
The collection can be viewed on our online catalogue. You can reserve items and have them sent to your local library to pick up.
You'll need your library card to borrow any items. Find out how to join the library.
Items can be borrowed for up to 3 weeks and can be renewed but you'll be charged if they're returned late.
