The land and property list includes:
- each property's unique asset identity
- the property name
- address of the property including postcode (where possible)
- if the land or property is freehold or leasehold (the tenure)
- if the land or property is being used by us, used by the community or is a commercial asset (the tenure category)
- if it's land, property or both (the holding type)
The land and property list is licenced under the Open Government Licence 2.0.
