This is a great time to join us as Team Manager in our Initial Response Service confirmed that we are on the right track and we now have a plan in place to get to good and onwards to outstanding. Our Initial Response Service is a busy and fast paced service providing a social work response to families to ensure children are safeguarded and families are supported in a timely way when needed. You will have experience of ensuring effective management oversight of practice and delivering high quality and timely safeguarding interventions, assessments and support to families, of building strong partnership approaches and using best practice across our priority practice areas of neglect, child sexual abuse, domestic violence and adolescent safeguarding. You will be committed to ensuring children, young people and families get the right help at the right time. You will be joining a service which is trauma informed, restorative and relational in how we work. In return we provide access to a high-quality leadership and management development programme and a 'high expectation, high support, high challenge' culture in a service which is ambitious about improving outcomes for children and young people.
