Our Out of Hours service provides critical support to vulnerable services users, children and families needing social care response in the evenings and over weekends, and responds to Plymouth residents needing urgent support with Housing and adults social care matters. Working closely with day-time teams where needed you will be confident in working with partners to provide an appropriate response keeping vulnerable service users safe and liaising effectively with day-time colleagues. You will be a confident, resourceful, problem solving and experienced manager with a proven track record of high standards of practice and maintaining a supportive team environment. In return you will be joining an ambitious service committed to ongoing improvement. We are a trauma informed, strengths based and restorative service and are providing our managers with a bespoke development programme based on an ethos of ‘high expectations, high support, high challenge’.
