We are seeking a committed and dynamic individual to lead a team of Social Workers and deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people in our care with oversight of children in care with agreed plans for permanence. You will be inspired by our Corporate Parenting vision that ‘The Sky is the Limit’ for all of our children and young people. We are looking for a Team Manager who is aspirational for our children and will work creatively with partners and support their team to achieve the best outcomes for them.
