This is a great time to join Plymouth as a Team Manager. Our ILACS in January 2024 confirmed that we are on the right track and the plan that we have developed since is focused on ensuring all children and young people experience at least good outcomes. We are seeking a committed and dynamic individual to lead a team of Social Workers and deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people in our care with oversight of children in care with agreed plans for permanence. You will be inspired by our Corporate Parenting vision that ‘The Sky is the Limit’ for all of our children and young people. We are looking for a Team Manager who is aspirational for our children and will work creatively with partners and support their team to achieve the best outcomes for them.
